My coaching is grounded in evidence-based strength training, self-compassion, and clear communication. Rather than just prescribing workouts, I focus on helping clients reconnect with their bodies and learn how to make progress safely over time.
I work best with people who want long-term results and a smarter, more structured approach to training. Many of my clients are new to strength training or have tried programs in the past that left them feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and unsure of what they were doing. Whether we’re working together in person, online, or through a hybrid setup, my goal is to provide you with guidance that builds confidence, clarity, and the ability to train effectively on your own.
