Train 1-on-1 in a fully equipped private gym in Reston, VA with focused, individualized coaching. One-hour sessions are available individually or in packages, with no contracts and no hidden fees.

Get a customized 3-month training plan designed around your goals and the equipment you have access to. Online coaching includes 12 weeks of premium access to the HEVY app for workout tracking, plus weekly check-ins with Tim to monitor progress and provide accountability.

My Approach
My coaching is grounded in evidence-based strength training, self-compassion, and clear communication. Rather than just prescribing workouts, I focus on helping clients reconnect with their bodies and learn how to make progress safely over time.

Many of my clients are new to strength training or have tried programs in the past that left them feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and unsure of what they were doing. Whether we’re working together in person, online, or through a hybrid setup, my goal is to provide you with guidance that builds confidence, clarity, and the ability to train effectively on your own.
